Buckingham YFC’s Charity Christmas Tree Collection

Now in it’s third year, Buckingham Young Farmers Club are once again running their Charity Christmas Tree Collection! 
This year raising money for Thames Valley Air Ambulance, who’s life-saving work is vital to those living in rural communities, and is a brilliant service for our local area.

Minimum donation of £5 per tree

How does it work? Simply book your collection and make your donation, and enjoy a lovely Christmas and a Happy New Year! Then on Saturday 7th January, pop your tree outside by 9am and we will be by to collect it!

Where do you collect from? Buckingham, Winslow and the surrounding villages (Gawcott, Preston Bissett, Tingewick, Finmere, Westbury, Evenley, Mixbury, Shalstone, Dadford, Whittlebury, Silverstone, Syresham, Biddlesden, Stowe, Water Stratford, Chackmore, Akeley, Lillingstone Lovell, Leckhampstead, Wicken, Thornborough, Adstock, Padbury, The Claydon’s, Twyford, Calvert, Marsh Gibbon, Grendon Underwood, Great Horwood, Little Horwood)

What do you do with the trees? The Christmas trees are all chipped and then stored until September time, when they are spread onto the local fields, putting goodness back into the soil!
