16 sports. 57 fixtures. 114 teams. BUCS Big Wednesday brings together talent from all over the country, competing to become 2023 BUCS champions. Join us on 21 & 22 March at the University of Nottingham to watch records be broken, history be made, and to celebrate the very best of university sport.

Tuesday 21 March

American Football | David Ross Sports Village, NG7 2RD

NB. Two ticket types are available for purchase - Balcony Standing & Grandstand Seating. Entrance will be on first come first served basis and both areas can be subject to a restricted view. Both areas are uncovered and subject to the weather conditions.

Wednesday 22 March

Hockey | Beeston Hockey Club, NG7 2PS

NB. The entrance for the Hockey Trophy games is separate from the entrance to the Hockey Championship & Vase games. The ticket covers all fixtures across the site so please note spaces at the specific games will be available on a first come first serve basis.

Rugby Union and Rugby League | Highfields Pitches, NG7 2PS

Volleyball | Jubilee Sports Centre, NG7 2TU

NB: Seating at this venue will include rows of seats court side, please arrive early to ensure a good view.

Multi-Sports (Basketball, Badminton, Fencing, Netball, Squash, Table Tennis, Water Polo & Wheelchair Basketball) | David Ross Sports Village, NG7 2RD.

NB. There are different entrances to each sport at David Ross Sports Village. The ticket covers all indoor sports across the site so please note spaces at individual sports will be available on a first come first serve basis.

Seating or Standing?

Tickets for Hockey, Rugby Union and Rugby League will be standing only. All other venues offer seating, but will be available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Competitors & Team Staff

All competitors will receive full access passes to all sports. If you are support staff, either coach or university staff member, you will be eligible for an all access pass but you must be declared on the team sheet on the day. (NB. Each team will be able to declare 3 support staff per team). Please make sure you read the team information carefully when distributed.
