Morning Reflections: Meditation and Chat With Buddhist Monastics
Multiple dates and times
Online, Zoom
Description
Join us for a relaxed and informal online gathering with Chan (Chinese Zen) Buddhist monastics from the Dharma Drum Mountain Buddhist lineage.
This 90-minute Saturday morning series begins with a guided meditation, after which the monastics will share a short reflection or teaching, followed by an open chat and dharma discussion. All questions and reflections are welcome.
Whether you’re new to meditation and Chan or a seasoned practitioner, this is an opportunity to connect with others and engage in meaningful conversations with monastic teachers and peers in an informal setting. Bring your questions, thoughts, and curiosity as we practice together in a friendly and supportive space. The event is offered freely - donations are welcome.
This is an online event. Please register so that we can send you the link for the Zoom meeting. We will use the same link for each session so you need only register once to gain access to each session.
