716 Celebrates: Stars, Stripes, & Signers VIP Experience

We are pleased to invite you to 716 Celebrates: Stars, Stripes & Signers on Sunday, August 2, at the Buffalo Naval Park. 

Join us for this unforgettable evening on Buffalo’s waterfront, where guests will experience the rare opportunity to view fireworks from the decks of USS Little Rock, surrounded by great food, drinks, hospitality, and the unmistakable energy of our harbor at sunset. From the moment you arrive, the evening unfolds as a premium, immersive experience that brings together military heritage, constitutional history, cultural expression, and community celebration, distinguishing this event as far more than a fireworks display. 

Guests will enjoy live performances, educational programming, and culinary experiences that reflect the richness and diversity of Western New York. Historical reenactors will bring stories of service and sacrifice to life, alongside a dynamic speaker series and a Taste of Culture program, highlighting the unique traditions and flavors that shape our region. We are especially proud to feature live music by Avalanche, the official band of the 10th Mountain Division based at Fort Drum, adding a powerful and authentic military connection to the evening. The Buffalo Naval Park will serve as the anchor venue, working in collaboration with neighboring attractions, hospitality partners, and cultural organizations to create an unforgettable waterfront experience. 

Ticket holders for the Premier Fireworks Viewing Experience will enjoy exclusive access to the Naval Park’s exhibit yard, beginning at 4:00 PM, for an all-American cookout, along with beer, wine, and soft drinks, before taking in the fireworks at 9:00 PM from the premier viewing location aboard USS Little Rock. 

This historic event is made possible through the leadership and support of the New York State America 250 Commission, Erie County’s America 250 Initiative, and the City of Buffalo, whose partnership is helping bring this once-in-a-generation celebration to life. More than a summer celebration, this is a defining Buffalo moment honoring America's 250th Anniversary through an experience that can only be found on the Buffalo waterfront, in the heart of our shared history, and in support of the Buffalo Naval Park's mission to honor, educate, inspire, and preserve the stories of those who served.
