Tru Crime Tour

Nightmare Wharf at the Buffalo Naval Park is more than the city’s best scare zone—it’s rooted in the dark, crime‑soaked history of Buffalo’s most notorious waterfront neighborhood. Our multimedia presentation aboard the Naval ships uncovers the true crime stories that inspired Nightmare Wharf, revealing how murderers, thieves, and prostitutes shaped the infamous Canal District, once known as “The Most Evil Square Mile in America.” This experience also includes a behind the scenes sneak peak of the spaces and props used in the Nightmare Wharf haunted house attraction hosted at the Naval Park.

The Tru Crime Tour begins at 5:30 PM and can be purchased as an individual tour ticket or as a combo ticket that also includes general admission to Nightmare Wharf.
