Memorial Day Flag and Certificate

One Life - One Flag

For the second year in a row, the Buffalo and Erie County Naval & Military Park will offer a Memorial Day weekend salute by installing 7,300 flags throughout the Monuments Garden in collaboration with The Battle Within Foundation. Each flag represents a United States Veteran who lost their battle with PTSD in the past year, an average of 22 per day. 

Visit the Naval Park's Monuments Garden on May 29 - 31 to see the the One Life - One Flag installation.

For a $22 donation, you will receive one of the flags from our Memorial Day weekend salute along with a certificate. A portion of the proceeds will benefit The Battle Within Foundation. The ongoing mission of The Battle Within Foundation is to connect Veterans with the care they need and to help with funding.
