Join us for a fun evening to savor beautiful, delicious, healthy food, and meet more people like you who are on the path to healthy living.

Do bring a dish to share that's based on whole plants (with minimal oil and salt). Don't want to cook? That's okay. Fresh fruit or raw veggies are wonderful too. Anything whole and minimally processed will be a welcome addition.

If you make a dish from a recipe, please bring a digital or hard copy so others can snap of pic of it.

Feel free to invite anyone who may be interested to come with you. (Your dish will cover for them, too)

Building Healthy Communities Eureka Springs is part of the Action Network of the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. As such, we are dedicated to saving and improving human and animal lives through plant-based diets, while creating a healthier world in which health and compassion are central values.

‘Plant-based’ describes food that comes from plants, and does not include ingredients originating from animal, such as meat, chicken, fish, dairy products, or eggs. ‘Whole food’ describes whole, unrefined, minimally-processed foods without extracted
ingredients, such as sugar or oil that could compromise the body’s endothelium (the inner lining of the arteries). Whole sweeteners such as maple syrup and dates are included. The goal is to omit added fats and oils, and keep salt to a minimum. Your body will thank you, and your palate will be delighted with the abundance and discovery.
