About the trainer

Joe Ansell - Consultant

Joe joined the Bunnyfoot team in 2018 from a background in Psychology and User-Centred Design. He has extensive experience in scientific research and experimentation – ranging from topics such as binocular cues for stereo vision, to user experience and interaction design.

Even though he has long left the academic world, Joe has retained a real – and concerningly intense – love of all things data and statistics from his days at University, and he tries to bring his enthusiasm for scientific testing into UX at every opportunity to encourage evidence-based design decisions. If you need some A/B testing done or a tree test analysed, he’s your man!

Joe has experience working with a wide range of clients from diverse industries, and operates at all points throughout the design cycle. Whether it’s prototyping, diary studies, one-to-one or large scale unmoderated user testing, Joe has experience working on and directing many different kinds of user centred research and design projects.

Joe is also a CPUX-F qualified UX practitioner, and runs the User Research Fundamentals course alongside Ian Holliday.
