Over several incredible days, we’ll step away from the day-to-day and dive into the challenges, opportunities, and realities of running a creative business. Yes, there’s plenty of work to do—but with Waikiki as our backdrop, Owner Camp is designed to feel like an energizing reset, too.

You’ll connect with fellow agency owners, swap hard-earned insights, explore fresh perspectives, and have the kinds of conversations that are difficult to make time for at home. From the welcome reception to the closing dinner, expect meaningful discussions, new connections, plenty of laughter, and a little island time along the way.

You’ll head home recharged, inspired, and armed with ideas you can put to work in your organization right away.

We’ll be gathering at OUTRIGGER Reef Waikiki Beach Resort in Waikiki, right on the shores of Oahu. With the Pacific Ocean at our doorstep and the energy of Waikiki all around us, it’s the perfect backdrop for meaningful conversations, fresh ideas, connection, and a little island adventure.

Pricing & What's Included

Owner Camp Waikiki will cost $4,399 for members and $4,899 for nonmembers

• Four nights accommodation covering the nights of 2/7, 2/8, 2/9 and 2/10 (checking out on 2/11)
• Welcome reception and dinner on 2/7
• Daily Breakfast
• Lunch on 2/8 and 2/9
• Group activities on 2/10
• Closing dinner the evening of 2/10

Travel Planning 

• Travel to Waikiki is on your own, including airfare and transportation from Honolulu’s Daniel K. Inouye International Airport to the hotel.
• Plan to arrive in Waikiki on Sunday, February 7, with enough time to get settled and join us for the welcome reception that evening.
• Plan your departure for Thursday, February 11—or stick around a little longer and enjoy more of Oahu!
