NOTE: This is a two-day class - in person

9:30am - 12 noon.

Microsoft Excel Basics: Excel Basics: Spreadsheet construction, basic formulas and functions, sort, filter, formatting, and printing.

This two-day in-person class is designed to introduce key concepts crucial to building a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel. In this class we'll talk about the Excel environment, how spreadsheets work, spreadsheet construction, basic formulas and functions, sort, filter, formatting, and printing.

PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ATTENDING THIS WORKSHOP! 

  • Walk-ins accepted on a space available basis
  • Registration closes 24 hours prior to class.

Workshop Location:

American Job Center in Wheeling

1400 S Wolf Road, Building 200, Suite 200, Wheeling, IL 60090

(One block south of Palatine/Willow Road & Wolf Road - west side of Wolf Rd. Ample free parking in front.)

PLEASE NOTE:

  • You must register as there is only space for 15 people per workshop.
  • Check in 15 minutes prior to workshop. ABSOLUTELY NO ADMITTANCE after session starts. Be sure to allow enough time for traffic, construction & weather.
  • You cannot attend Day 2 only; you must attend both days.
  • Workshops are for individuals age 18+.
  • Each person has their own computer for learning.
  • If you need to cancel, please let us know a minimum of 48 hours prior to class so someone else can use your seat. We will have an extensive waiting list - so if you cannot come - PLEASE CANCEL.
  • Please do NOT REGISTER MULTIPLE TIMES for the same exact session.
