How could digital technology help your business work smarter, support growth and manage new risks?

Digital tools and AI are changing quickly, bringing new opportunities for businesses of every size — from saving time on everyday tasks and improving the way you work, to supporting sales, marketing and customer relationships. But new technology also brings new questions. Which tools could genuinely add value to your business? Where should you start? And how can you take advantage of new opportunities while managing issues such as data and cyber security.

This Business Growth Dorset Breakfast will explore some of the practical ways digital technology and AI could support your business, alongside the risks and responsibilities that come with greater use of digital tools. You'll have the opportunity to hear from people working in this area, ask questions, meet other Dorset businesses and consider where digital technology could make the biggest difference to your own business.

What we will explore

• Practical ways digital tools can help businesses work more efficiently
• Where AI could support everyday business activity
• Opportunities to improve processes, sales, marketing and customer relationships
• Some of the risks businesses need to consider when adopting new technology
• practical steps businesses can take to improve cyber security

There will also be time to ask questions, meet other local businesses and talk to the Business Growth Dorset team over light refreshments.
