City Meat Lecture 2026

Bookings are now open for the City Meat Lecture 2026, proudly sponsored by ABP, taking place on Thursday 22 October 2026.

It is with great pleasure we announce that the Worshipful Company of Butchers will host a special screening of ‘World Without Cows’ by Alltech in support of the documentary’s theatrical launch and tour. This compelling film offers a balanced perspective on the vital role livestock play in sustainable food systems and is not to be missed.

Following the screening, there will be a high-profile panel discussion lead by facilitated by our event Chairman, Assistant Stuart Roberts. featuring speakers from across the value chain.

This event is open to everyone in the Meat Industry, including Liverymen and non-Liverymen and promises to be topical and insightful.

Timings: 6pm - 9pm.
Where: Butchers' Hall

Cost: £108 per person inc VAT
Dress Code: Business Attire

The screening will commence at 6.30pm and will be followed by a buffet supper and an opportunity for networking.

Please note that if you need to cancel your booking 14 days or less before the event takes place, a cancellation fee will be incurred at the Full per person ticket price rate.
