Join Food Designer Clare Anne O'Keefe and artist Eamon Colman for a conversation and live demonstration on art, wild food and sustainability.

The fragility and resilience of the environment, so evident in Colman’s artworks, will come to the forefront as evolving recipes are created. Embracing the philosophy that “all beauty is damaged in some way”, the food will stand as a testament to the beauty that arises from nature, even when touched by human hands. Eamon will be sharing recipes inspired by Noma, Copenhagen, first conceived through his work with the European Council of Artists.
