Join us for Still-Life Oil Painting with artist Tony Robinson on Saturday 9th March. Participants will be led through various aspects of the Still-Life painting process such as use the of materials, composition, colour mixing and the handling of oil paint. This course is designed primarily for beginner and intermediary level oil painters.

Class size limited to 12 people.

About:

Tony Robinson studied fine art in the UK before settling in Ireland. He has worked as community visual artist for Wexford Arts Centre and initiated Castlebridge Art Studio for life drawing and portraiture. He is a founder of Art in the Open plein air landscape festival and leads workshops regularly for Artform Studio and occasionally for the National Gallery.
Tony works mainly in oils and finds the genre of still life a fundamental and inexhaustible source of inspiration and study in his own practise.
