Gong & Sound Bath with Britta von Basedow
Join us for an immersive Gong & Sound Bath with four planetary gongs and a range of wellbeing instruments.
This sacred sound meditation invites you into deep relaxation and renewed balance. All you need to do is lie down, listen, and receive as the sonic vibrations wash through you—bringing calm to the mind, relaxation to the body, and nourishment to the soul.
The resonant tones of the gongs can ease tension in the nervous system, soothe sore muscles, and support circulation and energy flow. Many people find it both grounding and clearing, helping to release blockages and promote overall wellbeing.
In our daily lives, stress often builds up unnoticed, and it’s not always easy to quiet the mind through meditation alone. The complex layers of gong sound naturally guide the brain into altered states of consciousness—creating a therapeutic, dreamlike experience where stress melts away.
Every sound bath is unique: some describe it as floating through space, others as diving deep into the sea. Come with an open heart and no expectations, and discover what the experience brings for you.
The universe is within.
The session is 2 hours including approximately 1.5. hour of playing, with 15 mins either side for welcome & getting comfortable and for grounding time afterwards…
