Scottish PEN: Many Voices, Karen Campbell and Kerrie O'Brien

Many Voices is Scottish PEN's exciting new project working with six groups across Scotland. The aim of Many Voices is to amplify voices that are often excluded from the public conversation – not to speak on their behalf, but to provide a platform so their stories can reach a wider audience.

As part of the project, in partnership with the charity Move On, Karen Campbell has been working with a group of people affected by homelessness, supporting them to creatively explore the stories that matter to them through spoken and written word. At their final event at the Byres Road Book Festival they will share the group's writing with you, and Karen and Kerrie will read some of their own work and discuss their experiences working on this project.
