Join me for an evening that blends the healing power of music, song and sound vibrations to help you unwind and rest. Let the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes and harmonious melodies from my voice wash over you and guide you into a state of deep relaxation and inner peace. Immerse yourself in this restful sound journey and gift yourself the space to feel balanced, rested and refreshed.

Meditation and sound healing are both ancient disciplines going back thousands of years and have been recorded in many cultures and traditions across the world. These techniques are known to enhance physical and mental health, as well as the overall wellbeing of adults. 

Please may you also bring with you:

💫Yoga Mat or blanket to lay on (the venue does not provide these)

💫A warm blanket or two

💫A cushion to rest your head on
