• Sponsorships that include two hole/dinner representatives are noted. Additional dinner spots may be purchased separately. Sponsorships do not include golf spots.
• We look forward to welcoming hole and premium sponsor representatives at 7:00 AM on August 11. Make your way to Cog Hill Golf & Country Club, where our team will provide shuttle service to your designated location beginning two hours prior to the shotgun start. Sorry, golf carts will not be provided for sponsors. 
• Each setup includes one table and two chairs. Tents are allowed, but not provided. 
• Outside food and drink are not permitted. Instead, Cog Hill offers a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages you can purchase to distribute at your hole. Contact jgulas@coghillgolf.com to schedule a purchase - beverage tubs and ice included!
  
• If you are shipping promotional material to Cog Hill, please include CABAA, your company, and the name Jenny Gulas on your package to ensure it arrives to the right place. Cog Hill will not accept promotional material until August 5.

Golfers

• Arrive at Cog Hill Golf & Country Club by 7:30 AM to ensure a smooth check-in process. 
• We must receive name of the golfers and their company name by Monday, August 3, 2026 at 5:00 PM CT. 
• Your golf ticket includes attendance at the banquet dinner following the tournament.
• Back Again This Year: Golf tickets may be purchased for a 2026 CABAA scholarship recipient or another CABAA student member. We will place these "sponsored" students within your foursome or with another team, at your request. This generous opportunity will provide students with invaluable career connections over 18 holes. Use "STUDENT" in the golfer name during your foursome checkout or add "Sponsor a Student Golfer" to your cart.

Event Schedule

• 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM: Greeters will direct guests upon arrival. Golfer registration, practice green, breakfast burritos, and beverage station.
• 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM: Enjoy the golf tournament, with various courtesy offerings throughout the course, including contest holes, refreshments, and a cookout lunch. Mulligans and raffle tickets available for purchase!
• 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM: Indulge in hors d'Oeuvres, the John Daly Happy Hour, dinner in the pavilion, trophy and contest presentations, and raffle prize drawings.
