We're really excited to welcome one of favourite vermouth brands, Cocchi, to Cabinet Rooms this October.

Once you've got yourself settled and enjoyed a summery Rosa Spritz cocktail, you'll enjoy a guided tasting of the Cocchi range with vermouth expert, Sonia Elia.

About Sonia
Curious to discovery a new world, started her career in London as a food runner due the language barrier in a Brasserie in Covent Garden, then moved in Galvin at Windows Michelin Star Restaurant where she learned everything about hospitality, directed by an amazing mentor Fred Siriex and awesome Bar Managers like: Marco Ercolano (today F&B Director in Hilton Hotel) and Boris Ivan (today Global Ambassador for Gonzalez Byass), progressed her career there where she became Head Bartender.

Continue her career at the opening of Smith and Whistle at Sheraton Park Lane and then joined the Novikov team to learn more about Asian cuisine and drinks.

Worked alongside chef Francesco Mazzei and Simone Caporale at Sartoria and learned more about management and Italian cuisine and culture.

Also managed Fine Dining in IT Ibiza as Bar Manager learning more about Mediterranean cuisine and Spanish lifestyle.

2017 decide to follow drinks industry in Global Brands as sales team member in central London and progress her career as Brand Ambassador with Franklin and Sons, premium tonic and mixers. Helped to develop one of the flavour tonic that are still in the portfolio (Pink Grapefruit & Bergamot Tonic).

After 5 year she decided to progress her career in the world of aromatised wines, joining the team at Cocchi, one of the best Vermouth di Torino in the world.

What does my ticket include?

Your ticket includes a nice, comfy seat in our Salon plus:

• Rosa Spritz on arrival
• guided tasting of the Cocchi range with vermouth expert, Sonia: Americano, Rosa, Cocchi Vermouth di Torino (Extra Dry, Storico), Dopo Teatro, Barolo Chinato
• Nibbles

What time does the event start?

The event starts promptly at 7.30pm so please arrive at least 15 minutes beforehand so we can get you settled with your welcome drink.

Will there be food?

Nibbles are included to avoid anyone going wobbly during the tasting of neat spirits. If you need something a bit more substantial, we recommend coming earlier and enjoying our sharing platters . We have cheeseboards, charcuterie and hummus platters available from 5pm until 9pm but please bear in mind that we won't be able to take orders and serve food during the event.

What if I can't make it?

Unfortunately, because we have limited seats available, we are unable to offer refunds however you are welcome to pass your tickets on to someone else if you can't make it.

Can I stay on for a drink after the event?

We close at 10pm on Thursdays so you're more than welcome to stay on and enjoy another drink or two after the event.
