TOPIC: Board Development and Governance

CACHE and Arkansas Arts Council present a free, in-person workshop on board development and governance for nonprofit organizations. The workshop includes information for creating overall health for your nonprofit organization, getting a board in order and dealing with personalities, and "actionable items" that directors can begin immediately to improve their organization. 

Additionally, a limited number (5) of attendees will have the opportunity for one-on-one mentorship time with KHARIS Group consultants.

WHO IS THIS FOR: This workshop is specifically for arts and culture organization leadership. Board members of these organizations are strongly encouraged to attend.
