What: This Social Hour, like all the others, is about connecting with others across the Northwest Arkansas arts world. Social Hour gathers arts administrators—current and aspiring— for an hour-ish of food, drinks, conversation, and inspiration. Each Social Hour is free and focuses on a different part of the creative community.

Co-hosted with our downtown Springdale neighbors, ARt deCentrale, and Arkansans for the Arts, this Social Hour is for visual arts professionals! Get to know your fellow arts administrators and tour this new downtown Springdale gallery. We’ll take a moment to acknowledge that July is Minority Mental Health Awareness Month with a special interactive art experience in the gallery by Allan Polouse, gallery owner/director.

Want to Keep Social Hour Going? Stick around afterward to enjoy a special concert featuring Korey McKelvy Music! Korey describes the concert as a listening room experience with the Dandelion Heart Trio weaving cello, mandolele, and guitar with vocal harmonies, ethereal melodies, and reflective songwriting. ARt deCentrale is a community focussed art gallery and creative experiences lab featuring 100s of art by local, out of state and international painters, glass and sculpture artists.

We're art gallery, yes but so much more. We host events, concerts, art classes, workshops and more! We are also offering custom framing and having a niche selection of art supplies for professional artists.

It's a gallery with a passion for elevating under-recognized art and artists. After a soft launch, the gallery was honored to host several gallery concerts by a Professor of Music at the U of A (Violin) and acclaimed local vocalists(Americana and Folk), Book Reading by a local Children's Book Illustrator and Author, an expert Panel on Neurodivergence and Creativity, corporate art workshops, team building, children's art classes and more!

The new gallery aspires to provide a platform that amplifies local fine artists and creatives, in a vibrant and diverse community like Springdale, AR.

We operate as a collective, at non-profit margins to serve our artists and our community.
