What do your bylaws say about communication expectations: for council members, for public knowledge, for posted meetings, projects and decisions? 

Do you provide training for city council members to know how to communicate about arts projects with the general public?

We'll share best practices and discuss challenges and possibilities around internal and external communications. 

Please drop your city's bylaws regarding communications in this folder as you register so that we can take a look and discuss.
