Bizot. Prieuré-Roch. Arnoux-Lachaux. Dujac. Fornerol (La Rue des Foins!). And maaaany more.

Consider this event sister to our upcoming reductive white After Hours, with Bizot playing the role of d'Auvenay.  The lineup is sufficiently ridiculous that, while finalizing the tasting lineup this morning, I may or may not have been shopping for a flight to NY to join the fracas.

What exactly do stems contribute?  How much of what we love in these wines comes from the vineyard, and how much from what happens once the grapes arrive at the winery?  And, perhaps most importantly, how does banishing labels contribute to our tasting impressions?

Join us for an After Hours seminar devoted to the fascinating, evergreen, and sometimes controversial world of whole-cluster red Burgundy.  We'll discuss the technique and its consequences before turning to a formidable lineup of wines - all served blind.

And yes, there will be Bizot.
