Spend Halloween morning with CAKE PICNIC at Levi’s Plaza for a sweet and spooky celebration near the Bay! This is our first-ever Halloween CAKE PICNIC and it's so special. You won't want to miss it!

We’re gathering outside among the trees and autumn air to share hundreds of cakes inspired by the coziest flavors of the season. Think brown butter pumpkin spice, chocolate Biscoff, cinnamon roll cake, caramel apple, toasted marshmallow, kinako chiffon cake, and so much more. Everyone is so creative so I'm sure we'll be floored by the flavor pairings and decorations.

Bring a whole cake you’re proud to share and, if you’d like, come dressed in your sweetest, spookiest, or most wonderfully strange costume. Whether your cake is playfully haunted, beautifully autumnal, or simply filled with your favorite fall flavors, we can’t wait to see what you bring to the table. Let’s spend Halloween morning tasting hundreds of cakes, meeting new friends, and making a little autumn magic together in San Francisco! 

Vanilla Bean Project will also be joining and sharing some surprises and goodies with all of us! 

Ticket types available

1. General admission. Will be available on September 16, 2026 at 6PM PST.
2. CAKE PICNIC CLUB. CAKE PICNIC CLUB is for the cake lovers! It’s for those that live, breathe, dream, and live again and again for cake and all things sweet. Each CLUB tickets include: 1) early access to ticketing, 2) CAKE PICNIC 2026 world tour shirt, 3) CAKE PICNIC 2026 tote bag, 4) dedicated event registration line, and 5) be in the first group called up to get cake slices.

It celebrates cake in all of its forms — chiffon cakes, upside down cakes, Princess cakes, Russian honey cakes, meringue cakes, jello cakes, trifles, multi-tiered cakes, sponge cakes, butter cakes, and more. CAKE PICNIC brings communities and friends together for the purpose of breaking cake and enjoying the following butter and sugar highs. To be surrounded by as many cakes as there are humans is definitely something special, right? It is a moment in time where we come together for something truly sweet.
