CALC at 40 - common challenges past, present and future

The 2024 CALC Jamaica Conference and general meeting will be held in Trelawny, Jamaica.

Fees and payment

The conference delegate fee is $595 USD. The fee includes all days of the Conference and the Gala dinner on the evening of 14 May.

There is an early bird rate of $525 USD up to the end of 29 February 2024.

The guest fee is $75 USD for each guest. The guest fee only includes the Gala dinner on the evening of 14 May.

Payment is taken by Stripe. You can use a debit/credit card to make payment.

It is possible to register a group and make a single payment for all members of the group. The person registering will need to enter the information for all delegates and guests attending as part of the group.

Registration deadline

Please register by 26 April 2024. Late applications may not be accepted.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel before the end of 26 April you will be fully refunded, less a $20 USD charge.

If you cancel after 26 April you may not receive a full refund depending on your circumstances.

A delegate may be substituted by another person without charge but please inform us as soon as possible.

Processing of personal data

The information you provide as part of the booking and payment system will be processed by CALC only for the purposes of the conference and will not be retained by them after the conference has concluded. Name and email details will be shared with selected Conference sponsors (if any) only if you consent.
