CALC Europe Regional Conference 2025

The CALC Europe Regional Conference 2025 will be held in Belfast, Northern Ireland on 17 and 18 September.

Fees and payment

The conference fee is £295 GBP.  This includes both days of the Conference and the dinner on the evening of 17 September.

The guest fee for attending the formal dinner only is £75 GBP for each guest. 

You can use a PayPal account or a debit or credit card to make payment.

It is possible to register a group and make a single payment for all members of the group. The person registering will need to enter the information for all delegates and guests attending as part of the group.

Registration deadline

Please register by Friday 15 August 2025. Late applications may not be accepted.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel before the end of 10 September you will be fully refunded, less a £20 GBP charge.

If you cancel after 10 September you may not receive a full refund depending on your circumstances.

A delegate may be substituted by another person without charge but please inform us as soon as possible.

Processing of personal data

The information you provide as part of the booking and payment system will be processed by CALC only for the purposes of the Conference and will not be retained by them after the Conference has concluded. Name and email details will be shared with selected Conference sponsors only if you consent.
