The Future of Legislative Drafting in Africa - What lies ahead?

The 2023 CALC Africa Region Conference will be held in the historic coastal city of Mombasa.  

The event is being co-hosted by the Parliament of Kenya and the Office of the Attorney General for Kenya.

Fees and payment

The conference fee is $250 USD; this includes all days of the conference and the dinner on the evening of 24 October.

The guest fee is $50 USD for each guest. The guest fee only includes the formal dinner on the evening of 24 October.

Payment is taken by Paypal.  You can use a Paypal account or credit card to make payment.

It is possible to register a group and make a single payment for all members of the group.  The person registering will need to enter the information for all delegates and guests attending as part of the group.

Registration deadline

Please register by Friday 6 October 2023. Late applications may not be accepted.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel before the end of 6 October you will be fully refunded, less a $20 USD charge.

If you cancel after 6 October you may not receive a full refund depending on your circumstances.

A delegate may be substituted by another person without charge but please inform us as soon as possible.

Processing of personal data

The information you provide as part of the booking and payment system will be processed by CALC and by the co-host's Organising Committee only for the purposes of the conference and will not be retained by them after the conference has concluded.   Name and email details will be shared with selected Conference sponsors only if you consent.
