Our last event of the year!

Join us on the lawn (or in Quarry Hall if raining) for a summery evening of music, performance and delicious drinks and nibbles.

Event Details

• Date: Wednesday 8th July, 2026
• Location: Quarry Lawn, Calderstones School, Harthill Road, L18 3HS
• Doors Open: 6PM – enjoy a range of snacks and drinks from the PTA bar, and grab a seat.
• Show Starts: 6:30PM
• All funds raised from this event will go towards our music department, and equipment, experiences and exciting projects which benefit all students at Calderstones School.

Directions, Parking and Seating

• Entrance via the main gate on Harthill Road.
• Free parking is available in the car park and on Harthill Road.
• The venue is on grass and wheelchair accessible.
• Seating is not allocated. 

Tickets

• Access to the event will be via the QR code ticket you received on confirmation of your booking. Please make sure you have your QR code available at the door as it will need to be scanned to gain entry. If you have booked as a group, all members of the group must arrive together.
• This QR code is unique to you, so please do not share it.
• Limited tickets will be available on the door - cash only please.
• Please note, tickets are non-refundable 7 days and less before the event.
• Babies aged 0-3 are free.
