Blood on the Clocktower

Murder. Lies. Betrayal. Books.

Join us from 7-10pm on the third Tuesday of the month at Sydenham Library to play Blood on the Clocktower, a social deduction game for 5 to 20 people.

Seated in a circle, each player receives either a ‘good’ or ‘evil’ token with their unique character on it. Good players share information to solve the mystery whilst evil players lie about who they are and what they know. The good team wins if they can piece together their knowledge, trust each other, and execute the demon. The evil team wins if the demon can sow distrust, evade detection, and wipe out the town.

Either way, everybody has fun!

Don't worry if you haven't played the game before, or even any social deduction games before - our group is very beginner-friendly and our expert Storyteller will tell you all you need to know. (If you've played Mafia or Werewolf before, this is similar!)

This is event is 18+ and free to attend, however donations to the library are gratefully received. Feel free to bring your own food and drink. Any questions, please contact sydenham@calicolibraries.com.

Please note: In May, we will meet on the last Tuesday of the Month (26th May) instead. All other sessions should run as normal unless otherwise stated.
