The California Pen Show returns in 2027 with renewed creativity, an expanded program, and the same passionate community that makes it a hallmark event on the West Coast. Held at the Torrance Marriott Redondo Beach, the show brings together collectors, creators, and enthusiasts of fine writing instruments for four immersive days of exhibitions, seminars, and community engagement.

Exhibitor Experience

As the show continues to grow, we have carefully reviewed attendee traffic patterns, exhibitor feedback, and the layout of both the Grand Ballroom and Lighthouse Ballroom. For 2027, we will be introducing a new location-based table pricing structure designed to provide exhibitors with greater flexibility when selecting their preferred placement within the show.

Tables will now be divided into four categories based on visibility, attendee traffic, and proximity to key entrances and pathways:

• Platinum Locations – $499 per table
• Premium Locations – $450 per table
• Standard Locations – $350 per table
• Value Locations – $299 per table

Table Size: 72″ x 24″

We offer a curated and comfortable experience for all exhibitors with different tiers of vendor tables. Each table includes two complimentary badges. Additional badges are available for $50 each.

Venue & Parking

All main show activities take place in the first-floor ballroom. Educational seminars and breakout sessions will be held on the second floor.

Parking Options for Guests:

• Self-Parking: 

  • Day-use only: $18.00 per night (plus tax).

  • Hotel Overnight Guest:  $29.00 per night (plus tax); includes in-and-out privilege.

• Valet Parking:

  • Short-Term: $21.00 for the first 2 hours, $3.00 per additional 30 minutes, max $48.00.

  • Overnight: $48.00 per vehicle (tax included).

  • Restaurant/bar visitors: 2 hours free with validation.

• Street Parking: May be available around the hotel; observe local signage.
