My hypnobirthing course includes full antenatal education and birth preparation.  You will learn evidence-based information alongside tools and techniques, completing the course feeling more in control and prepared for the positive birth of your baby.

The full course is eight-hours, taking place over four x 2-hour sessions, the dates of this course are: 

Fridays 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th August
