✨ CALM Signature Reiki Sound Healing Experience ✨

Join me for a 90-minute, deeply nourishing healing experience designed to gently bring you back to your centre.

This is a Reiki-led space of rest and reconnection, supported by calming sound, guided intention, and quiet reflection. You’ll be invited to soften your nervous system, release what feels heavy, and simply receive.

During the session, you’ll receive gentle Reiki energy while being supported by the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, and sea drum. The sound is used intentionally and sparingly to support deep relaxation, energetic balance, and a sense of inner calm.

There is no effort required here. No fixing. No doing. Just space to breathe, feel, and come back to yourself.

We’ll close with a grounding oracle card pull and optional sharing, allowing you to gently anchor what’s come through and leave feeling settled, lighter, and more connected.

• Release stress and tension from the body and mind
• Calm the nervous system and promote deep rest
• Restore energetic balance and emotional clarity
• Feel more grounded, present, and connected to yourself

No experience is needed. Come exactly as you are. This is your time to unwind, recharge, and be held.

Easy to access & free parking.

🕰 Time:
9:30am – approximately 11:00am
Doors open at 9:15am so you can arrive, settle, and get comfortable.

🧺 What to bring:

• A blanket and pillow for comfort
• Water
• A pen and paper
• Wear comfy clothes, with lots of layers
• Optional: eye mask, crystals, journal, or anything that helps you feel at ease
