Tamar Valley Male Voice Choir

Tamar Valley Male Voice Choir, founded in 2006, is a member of the Cornish Federation of Male Voice Choirs. It now has 25 members.

Its wide repertoire includes traditional male voice songs, songs from musical shows, spirituals and sacred songs including some rousing Welsh Hymns, folk songs and modern pieces with names such as the Beatles and the Everly Brothers appearing in the repertoire.

The choir undertakes each year a very full programme of successful concerts in Cornwall and Devon. The aim is to support churches and local organisations in aid of their own funds or to raise funds for nominated charities.

The choir has been able to donate many thousands of pounds to local charities including Devon Air Ambulance and Children’s Hospice South West as well as many smaller local charities.
