CCUK Pastors & Leaders Conference 2026

We are delighted to announce the 2026 UK Pastors & Leaders Conference, hosted by Calvary Chapel Oxford. The dates are 22nd to 24th January 2026. The conference is for pastors and their leadership and ministry teams, including wives. We hope you can join us!

ACCOMMODATION
There are a number of hotels a short drive from the church, but we strongly recommend booking a room at the Premier Inn Oxford Botley (CLICK HERE) which is just a one minute walk away from the church and has very reasonable prices - especially if you book early! ROOMS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR JUST £40 PER NIGHT (as of 20th October)! We encourage you to book accommodation asap as prices will increase the closer we get to the conference!

MEALS & REFRESHMENTS
Dinner will be provided on Thursday & Friday; but we will not be providing breakfast or lunch. Pastries will be available Friday & Saturday morning, and refreshments will be available throughout. There are plenty of places to buy food in the immediate vicinity of the church.

TRAVEL & PARKING
By Train: The nearest train station is "Oxford", which is about ten minute drive from the church/hotel. We recommend getting a taxi from the train station, which will cost less than £10. Black Cab Taxi's are always available at the front of station.

By Car: There is a large public car park around the church and hotel area which 2 hours free parking until 6pm. If you are staying in the Premier Inn you can validate your parking at check-in to get free parking all day. If you are not staying on the Premier Inn, you can validate your parking at Calvary Chapel Oxford for free parking all day.

CHILDREN
We have a lounge with TV feed from the Main Sanctuary. Parents with babies and young children are welcome to use if they would like to do so. We are not providing a formal children's ministry, but if you have children and would need to bring them, we may be able to provide help during the sessions. Please contact us if this is the case!
