Intellectual Property (IP) Guidelines for the NHS in England

Join us in person in November at the Hub on the Cambridge Biomedical Campus. The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) and NHSE are publishing new IP guidance for organisations that provide or commission NHS services in England. This presentation will explore the rationale behind updating the guidance, outline its key objectives, highlight what the updated guidance will include, and share the next steps following its release.

The primary audiences we’re hoping to reach are innovators (clinical, non-clinical, or external), and NHS teams that would be involved in managing IP, such as those in commercial, finance, innovation or research roles.
