Barriers to Support for Minority Ethnic Survivors 

Anam Fatima (Minority Ethnic IDVA) will discuss the role of the Minority Ethnic IDVA, including referral pathways to the Cambridgeshire IDVA Service. exploring the barriers survivors face when accessing services and the support available to them. The session will also outline the roles and responsibilities of partner agencies, with a particular focus on supporting survivors with No Recourse to Public Funds (NRPF).

Supporting Older Survivors of Sexual Violence – barriers and good practice

Amanda Warburton will explore the experiences of older survivors of current sexual abuse and violence - covering barriers they face in making disclosures, seeking support and criminal justice processes. It will also highlight good practice in supporting older survivors with their recovery.
