ESEA Cooks - Cantonese Cooking Workshop 🍳🧑‍🍳🎃👻

To celebrate spooky season we will be running a hands on interactive Cantonese workshop event on Saturday 31 October! Dishes will be taught by a chef from the community, as well as some of our community volunteers 👻🎃🧑‍🍳

This will be a fully interactive event rather than our usual supper club format. The master chef is planning a fantastic Cantonese menu and dishes we'll be teaching include include fish balls from scratch, braised pork belly, four treasure chicken rolls and Cantonese savoury doughnuts...

The aim will be to learn new skills and dine together. It will therefore be a smaller event with more limited capacity - there will be only one type of ticket available so we would love for all guests to get stuck in with cooking, eating, and helping us clean up afterwards. With the workshop format, timings will be flexible - we will cook and eat along the way!

Feel free to dress up in fancy dress to celebrate Halloween, but please make sure it's something you can comfortably cook and roll up your sleeves in! 🧟‍♂️🧑‍🍳

Time: Workshop starts at 12pm, with food served as we go. We hope to be fully wrapped up by 6-7pm though will be dependent on cleaning!

Proceeds from the supper club will support Camden Chinese Community Centre (CCCC), the community centre which we are lucky to have called home the past 2 years. Hope to see you there!
