Matt guides us through each of the chakras, each one corresponding to a different piece of self-composed music. Self-healing by balancing the chakras and inducing a half world state. The place between rest and sleep where the bodies best healing takes place. Bring a mat to lie on and cushions….

19:30 Music Selector Winter Session

After snacks and refreshments, we will invite a fireside collective listening session as five invited friends select their favourite pieces of music and talk about them as we listen together. Please submit the track you wish to play, ideally via Spotify or YouTube by Friday morning 11:00.

We will provide a yoga mat for you to lie on, but please bring your own blanket and cushion/s, water bottle for comfort as it’s an hour long deep listening / meditation experience and it is important that you are comfortable.

The session starts promptly at 17:00 but please feel free to arrive from 16:30 to park and get settled. After the session we will be offering baked potatoes and cheese. Please bring along any salad or anything else you’d like as a snack and anything you’d like to drink afterwards. You’re welcome to hang around for a drink and chat for as long as you like…

Be cautious about follow the Google maps location as this has been known to take people well off the beaten track via Kamari where there is no access. The What3Words house location is retinas.showdown.pecans  take the left road just past the old airport junction by the scarpyard if coming from Paroikia direction and Turn off the main road by the bus stop / OTE yard - onto the track past a house then left, all the way up to the top of the hill by windmill.
