Island Dreaming Instalment Plan

We invite you to leave behind the more hectic urban environment and bustling islands and treat yourself to some warm, sunny days with plenty of space to dream, create, write and play.

This six-day idyllic Greek island retreat will be a holiday based around yoga, creative writing and aromatherapy, with space to explore the beautiful landscape and scenery of Paros island. 

Yoga:  Restorative / Yin Yoga, somatic movement, breath work sessions & Yoga Nidra, led by Karina.

Aromatherapy:  to follow

Writers Circle:  We will be coming together in four sessions led by Pete, to write and express ourselves around areas of interest, whether a blog, a book idea, a project presentation, web content, poetry, letters, short-stories, reviews, scripts for podcast ideas or content for public talks. We will also look at how mixed-media content can be added digitally to add richness to our creation.

The heart of this gathering will be our creative hub, whether through writing, expressing ourselves through audio, art, music, dance or whatever our chosen medium, conceptualising new projects and opening up routes to realising those dreams. By calling in our creative muses we will enjoy the fruits of a transformational week. Doing this together will also help us to enable a new reality for ourselves to flower.

We welcome inexperienced writers and will provide a supportive space where we can all develop new skills and ways to express ourselves.

Ticket price includes accommodation, daily check-in sessions, yoga and music sessions. Food, transport, writers / aromatherapy modules and optional add on excursions are not included.

Weekend Instalment plans: Tickets can be paid for in 2 instalments, the first of £200 and the second of £300 1 month before the event.
To pay in instalments, pay the first deposit using the 'pay deposit' button.

You will be emailed instructions about how to pay the second instalment and receive your tickets for entry. You would need to show a valid ticket on arrival to participate.
