2026 Annual General Meeting of the CSPWC/SCPA

We welcome you to join us for the CSPWC/SCPA’s 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM)!

Location:
This meeting will take place both in person at Neilson Park Creative Centre (56 Neilson Dr, Toronto, ON, M9C 1V7) and online via Zoom.

We’ll start the morning with coffee, treats and a chance to chat. After the welcome remarks, our Business Meeting will start. A catered lunch will be provided, at which point you’ll have more time to catch up and socialize!

This year’s afternoon programming features studio time with live model, Brian Zhao!

Painting Exchange

Have you ever dreamed of owning an original from another Elected Member of the CSPWC/SCPA?

Good news! We are once again hosting the CSPWC/SCPA Painting Exchange fundraiser at this year’s AGM. Elected Members are eligible to participate either in person or online via Zoom.

Be sure to add your painting exchange ticket when purchasing your ticket for the AGM. It’s all for a good cause!

Requirements

• Participants must submit one watercolour painting into the exchange

• 9 x 12 in, up to 11 x 15 in

• Paintings must be matted only, wrapped in poly plastic bag

• If attending in person: bring your painting with you to the AGM

• If attending virtually, please submit a photo of the painting to info@cspwc.ca no later than April 25; shipping costs are the responsibility of the recipients

The exchange will be facilitated through a hybrid raffle on the day of the AGM. All participants will receive a painting by another Elected Member.

Eligibility for Participation

Both CSPWC/SCPA Elected Members and Associates are welcome to attend this meeting. Only Elected Members are eligible to participate in discussion and vote on motions. Elected members may bring a guest.

Only Elected Members are eligible to participate in the Painting Exchange.

All Elected Members and Associates must be in good standing to attend the event. If you have not yet paid your 2026 dues, you can do so here.
