Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure will receive a credit.
Unfortunately, cancellations within 24 hours of the cruise are non-refundable.

Canberra Lake Cruises reserves the right to cancel or make itinerary changes if necessary. If the cruise is cancelled by the organisers, a refund will be arranged.
