💪 Strength & HIIT Beach Workout with Ash from SMASH Mind & Body
Start your day with energy, movement, and a breath of sea air!
Join us on the beautiful Playa del Inglés for a fun and inclusive outdoor workout designed to strengthen your body and refresh your mind. Led by Ash from SMASH Mind & Body, this session combines:

This is a beach-based, bodyweight workout—no equipment needed (just a towel and water bottle). It's suitable for all fitness levels, and modifications will be offered so everyone can move at their own pace.
📍 Where to Meet
We gather by the Maspalomas sign on Playa del Inglés beach (postcode: 35100). Look out for Ash (pictured below) he will be wearing his CanCanaria Adventure Week T-shirt!
