Event Description
Start your Adventure Week with energy, positivity, and a feel-good workout session at Axel Beach Hotel.
This active group session is designed to get you moving, loosen up after travelling, and kick off the week in a fun and social environment. Expect a mix of cardio, bodyweight exercises, stretching, and beach-body-inspired movement suitable for a range of fitness levels.
Whether you are a regular gym-goer or simply looking for a positive and motivating way to begin the week, this session is all about having fun, meeting people, and feeling good.
As with many Adventure Week activities, the focus is not only on fitness, but also on wellbeing, confidence, connection, and enjoying the atmosphere together.
What to Expect
