Event Description
Whether you are a regular gym-goer or simply looking for a positive and motivating way to begin your day, this session is all about having fun, meeting people, and feeling good.
As with many Adventure Week activities, the focus is not only on fitness, but also on wellbeing, confidence, connection, and enjoying the atmosphere together.
What to Expect
- A 45-minute guided workout session
- A fun and welcoming group atmosphere
- Light cardio and bodyweight exercises
- Stretching and mobility work
- Cardio, Resistance Band, Bodyweight exercises and functional fitness-inspired movements
- An inclusive session suitable for most fitness levels
- Opportunities to meet other Adventure Week participants
What to Bring
- Comfortable workout or sports clothing
- Trainers or suitable sports shoes
- Water bottle
- Towel or exercise mat

- Please arrive 10 minutes before the session begins
- Participants join at their own discretion and risk
- Please work within your own fitness level and limitations
- This is a group wellbeing-focused session, not a competitive class
