Tasting for Thirty: Cabra Blanca meets Cavall Blau
We’re excited to welcome you to the very first Tasting for Thirty of the season on Easter Monday, April 21st – an intimate afternoon of food, wine and good company in the heart of the island.
For this special edition, we’re teaming up for the first time with the brilliant Klaus Menze and his team from Cabra Blanca. Expect refined, fire-cooked dishes served at a long table beside the vines – where the elegance of Cabra Blanca meets the wild beauty of the farm.
You’ll be the first to taste two new natural wines from the 2024 vintage as well as a brand new amuse-gueule crafted especially to pair with Amargéro, our signature aperitif.
Your ticket includes a welcome Amargéro, a four-course dinner cooked over the Easter fire, three glasses of wine, and water. Our bar will be open for extra drinks.
