Here's how the night works: your speed dating rounds happen within your own age group (24-31 and 32-40 run side by side), so your matches are close to your stage of life. And because connection doesn't always fit neatly into an age bracket, there's open mingle time before and after the rounds, your chance to chat with anyone in the room, including people who weren't on your track.
