Join us for the online launch of Ten Poems of Kindness (Volume Two) - Be Kind Always, in conjunction with the Fair Saturday Foundation.
Candlestick Press is hosting an evening of poetry celebrating the power of kindness. The online event via Zoom will feature readings by poets from across the UK and beyond – all winners in Candlestick’s recent competition and all published in Ten Poems of Kindness (Volume Two) or as special postcard poems with our first Kindness pamphlet edited by Jackie Kay. There’ll also be a contribution from Fair Saturday Scotland, part of the global Fair Saturday movement whose aim is to promote social inclusion and kindness.
It's free to attend but please register here by joining the guest list and you’ll be sent a Zoom link for the evening. We look forward to having you with us!
