Can We Kick It? Greensboro Screening

Can We Kick It?, the award-winning documentary examining American soccer through the lens of Black culture, history and opportunity, will come to Greensboro for a special GHOE Week screening on Thursday, October 29, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at AmStar Four Seasons Station.

The Greensboro event marks a meaningful homecoming for director and producer Akbar Majeed, an alumnus of North Carolina A&T State University, and brings the film’s national conversation into a community deeply connected to HBCU culture, sport and Black excellence.
