You will be welcomed, guided & supported by our multi-creative facilitators Caroline & Sandra as well as a creative introduction by our installation designer, Ruth. These sessions are super relaxed and no pressure, we welcome you to talk, craft, learn new skills, try out different ideas and generally have a nice time with our small group!

Caroline Ip - Textile Facilitator

My practice as an artist and curator connects my interest in ideas of heritage and identity with my belief in creativity as a means to bring us together and create open and welcoming spaces for dialogue. Through quiltmaking and other techniques, I explore my ancestral heritage in the textiles industry in both China and Lancashire, and share my love of slow, thoughtful making. Recent work has included co-curation of 2023-24 exhibition It All Starts With A Thread at Whitechapel Gallery, London.
