Going Deeper - A Day Retreat

A day retreat is an opportunity to go deeper with meditation and Buddhist practice. On this day there will be several periods of meditation, time for silence and an opportunity to have guidance and teachings from Order Member Vishvapani. It will explore the themes of the book the Journey and The Guide. Suitable for all levels of experience.
